Editorial Policy
Our job is to make the evidence boundary visible.
Source hierarchy
We prefer government health agencies, systematic reviews, peer-reviewed human research and current official product labels or merchant pages for offer details. Merchant pages are used for the merchant's own claims, price, directions and policies—not as independent proof of efficacy.
Formula dates matter
Supplement formulas can change. We date product checks and encourage readers to verify the bottle's current Supplement Facts panel.
No invented experience
We do not claim to have personally tested a product unless a real documented test occurred. Merchant testimonials are not rewritten as independent evidence.
Corrections
When a formula, price, return policy or evidence summary materially changes, we update the relevant page and its review date.
